Do I get a Static IP?
Yes, your service includes a static IP
What is the NBN™ New Development Fee?
In accordance with Australian Government policy, nbn™ is required to deliver a one-time charge to the phone and internet providers that place an order for an nbn™ broadband access network service to a new development. If this impacts you, we will inform you of this additional charge and you have the option of continuing to activate the service
Can I achieve the speeds I purchased?
Depending on the NBN technology used in your area, you may or may not be able to achieve the rated speed for the plan. If you are in an FTTC, FTTN or Fixed Wireless area, your connection speed will vary depending on a number of factors.
Do I need a new Wifi Modem?
You may need a new WiFi modem if you have not connected to the NBN before. If you are coming to us from another provider, your modem maybe restricted from being able to be used on other networks. If your unsure, we can help you determine if there is a need for a new modem
Do You Need A Landline Phone?
If you do not transfer your landline number it will not be ported to our network and will be disconnected upon connection to the nbn.
